Mrs. Mishra comes from a long family line of Vedic and Sanskrit scholars, authors and university professors. She is the daughter of the late Dr. J. K. Mishra of Allahabad, India, granddaughter of Mahamahopadhyaya Dr. Umesha Mishra and great granddaughter of Mahamahopadhyaya Pandit Jayadev Mishra. She established Anadi Anant in Stoke on Trent in1991.
 

Satsang - (being in the company of Truth). These group sessions are held weekly and typically consist of discourses on various aspects of yoga, such as Bhakti, Raja, Gyana, Kriya etc. plus chanting, pranayama and simple exercises that lead gently towards a meditative state.

Ayurveda - (the Science of Life). Anadi Anant has a range of Ayurvedic teas, organic herbal supplements and body care products. Treatments as well as a Course in Ayurvedic Lifestyle are also available.

Complementary Therapies - Anadi Anant offers a range of therapies including yoga therapy, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Crystal therapy.

Workshops/Courses - Various workshops are held throughout the year. See website for details. Training courses are also available for most of the therapies offered.

Shop - The Anadi Anant shop specialises in unique craft and gift items, silver and semi-precious stone jewellery, yoga and meditation related aids, books and CDs, organic health and body care products, cards, candles and a wide range of incense.

Yoga Retreats - Occasional Yoga retreats are available at the Anadi Anant Vidya Kendra, the main Centre for Anant Yoga, based in Allahabad, India.
